Before proceeding with our services, please take a moment to read our Terms and Conditions carefully. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Phulwari to our customers .
1.2 By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
2.1 Phulwari specialises in designing and supplying artificial floral arrangements and decor for cafes, restaurants, showrooms, and other commercial spaces.
2.2 Our services include custom floral designs, seasonal displays, installation services, complete interior design makeovers, and maintenance services.
2.3 We provide high-quality artificial flowers and plants that require minimal maintenance but offer long-lasting beauty.
3. Quotes and Pricing
3.1 All prices provided for services are estimates and may be subject to change depending on the final design requirements, materials chosen, and any special requests made by the client.
3.2 We will provide a formal quote before proceeding with any work. The quote will outline the details of the project, including pricing for products, services, and delivery/installation charges.
3.3 All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 A deposit of 50% is required upon agreement of the design and to initiate the project. The balance is due upon completion of the project or before the delivery of final installations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, cash , UPI
4.3 In the event that the client fails to make payment as agreed, we reserve the right to suspend services and/or cancel the order.
5. Custom Designs & Modifications
5.1 We offer custom floral designs based on the client’s specifications. Once a design concept is agreed upon, any significant changes may incur additional charges.
5.2 Minor design modifications (such as colour changes or size adjustments) can typically be made without additional fees, but must be discussed and confirmed before finalising production.
6. Installation & Delivery
6.1 Installation of artificial floral arrangements will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time and date. Installation fees may apply depending on the scope of the project and the location of the installation.
6.2 Delivery and installation are subject to location and availability. Additional charges may apply for delivery outside of standard service areas or for rush orders.
7. Product Quality & Maintenance
7.1 We guarantee that all products supplied will be free of defects at the time of delivery or installation. Any defects or damage caused during delivery or installation must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the products.
7.2 While artificial flowers require minimal maintenance, they may need periodic cleaning or adjustments. We offer ongoing maintenance services for a fee, which includes cleaning, re-adjusting, and replacing damaged flowers.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
8.1 If you wish to cancel or modify your order after it has been confirmed, please notify us as soon as possible.
8.2 Cancellations made before the installation or delivery will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10%
8.3 Once the installation or delivery is complete, no refunds will be issued, except in cases where the product is defective or significantly different from the agreed-upon design.
8.4 Custom designs that have already been created or are in the process of being made may not be refundable.
9. Liability & Warranty
9.1 phulwari will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the products and services provided meet the highest standards of quality. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9.2 We provide a warranty on our artificial floral products for 1 year from the date of installation. The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship but does not cover damage caused by mishandling, environmental factors, or improper maintenance.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All designs, concepts, artwork, and photos provided by Phulwari remain the intellectual property of Phulwari and are protected under copyright law.
10.2 Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for the purposes of their business but are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or distribute the designs without written permission from Phulwari.
11. Force Majeure
11.1 Phulwari shall not be liable for any delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
12. Privacy Policy
12.1 We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide to us is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing customer service.
12.2 We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
13.1 PHULWARI reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified in writing for any ongoing projects.
14. Governing Law
